4.62 avg don't think so, I would say around 7% maybe a little less a pretty good deal of vascularity around the shoulders, chest and ab's. Will weight myself in the morning when I wake. will drop calories back down to 3700 for 7 to 14 days at 45% carbs, 40% protein, and 15% fat. See how that works to burn a little fat. Cheated today ate some nachos with sauce and jalapenos. Will most likely be bloated in the morning. Hope not.
