Food Cravings
I am an older lady and I seem to go through times of craving chocolate then salt. Just having a little to satisfy the craving, does not work. If I eat just a little, I want more! This is something I have not had to deal with in the past. Is this normal? Or is it another one of those benefits of getting older that no one tells you about??

I am recording the food I eat and track the calories as well as protein. I do well during the day, but when I go home after work, I don't record anything. Usually by 6:00p.m. I have around 550-700 calories and 50-80 proteins.

I know the weight comes off easily the first couple of weeks on a new diet program because of lose of water weight. I have been on this same diet for several months. I have lost some but now I have started gaining. My eating habits have not changed and I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. Is this normal? Is there something else I should be doing? Why am I gaining? Has anyone else experienced this same thing? What do I do to start to loosing again?

It is a Beautiful day in Kansas; especially considering it is the middle of Feb. Usually it is cold with snow covering the ground. Today it is in the high 50's & sunny with a light breeze. We have not had any really bad weather. However, we need moisture badly. What part of the U.S. do you live in? Tell me a little about yourself - if you wish to do so.
