HCG starvation diet or even death diet
@nepersonne, so if i am reading you correctly, only eating 500 calories a day should not be a hinderance to having a full workout schedule (5 days of cardio + 3 days of resistance training, an hour for each individually). That is mighty impressive.

Another question: i would assume that if you include working out as part of your program then the weight would come off even faster than if you do not. Most HCG success stories are by people who did not incorporate any fitness regime (from what i have read). Were you able to lose weight even faster than the "typical" HCG dieter because you incorporated a rigorous workout schedule?

HCG starvation diet or even death diet
@ anyone who has done this program and is willing to answer....(repeated)

WHILE ON THE PROGRAM, and eating only 500 calories a day, tell me what your workout consisted of in a given week? And if you had no workout during that time, what do you suppose would happen to the person who decided to do this program and did resistance training for an hour, 5 times a week and cardio training for an hour, at least 3 times a week?

@ john,

not that i want to try the HCG diet necessarily, but my ONLY question is this:

WHILE ON THE PROGRAM, and eating only 500 calories a day, tell me what your workout consisted of in a given week? And if you had no workout during that time, what do you suppose would happen to the person who decided to do this program and did resistance training for an hour, 5 times a week and cardio training for an hour, at least 3 times a week?
