Tomorrow I am starting a new diet called 'lite n easy.' It is a 1200 calorie per day meal plan that is prepared and delivered to you on a weekly basis, all individually packaged and ready to go. I decided to do this diet to control my eating as do not have to think about 'what I feel like' and have the option of picking naughty food. Each meal is all individually packaged and marked for each day with a snack for morning and afternoon tea. You order your meals online each week so you can get variety and the meals you want but still stay on your calorie intake.

I am also getting back into my weights program now. I will do weights 3 times per week and keep up my boxing class which I have been doing twice per week. I also want to get back into my morning walk/jog routine now that it is spring and not so cold in the mornings - no more excuses.

My aim (dream)is to lose about 12-13 kgs and have a nice toned size 10 :)

Today is Day 1.
It is 2 weeks until my 22nd Birthday and I want to look as thin and nice as I did at my 21st Birthday.
This is me then..


I put on 6kg in the last 11 months. Eventually I want to lose all the weight I have put on and a bit more to get to my goal weight of 54kg.
My new mini goal is to lose 3kg before my Birthday and look good in a dress I brought 4 months ago. I think it looks horrible on me now. Last night I tried the dress on and my boyfriend took a photo of me wearing it.
This is me now..


I look hideous! My arms are so chubby and gross. It does not look nice at all. So I am on a mission to lose 3kgs and tone my arms in 2 weeks. I don’t know if this is even do-able? I promise I will try though! I really don’t want to have to buy a new dress when I’ve never worn this one.

We also took my measurements;
Arms: 26cm
Bust: 95cm
Waist: 82cm
Hips: 95cm
Thigh: 58cm
And I weighed myself this morning;
Current Weight: 61kg.

I joined the Cardio Kings + Queens Challenge and started this week.
Tuesday I did 35mins.
Wednesday I did none.
Thursday I did none.

So for 2 the next weeks I’m going to;
• Exercise daily, with cardio sessions and weights for my arms.
• Follow a healthy eating plan and drink 2 liters of water daily.
• Journal my food and exercise on here, to keep me accountable.

I have had many “day 1’s” in the past but I really want to change this time, the photos have really shocked me. I WILL change! Not just for my birthday, to fit in a dress or for a photo shoot, but to be a happy-healthy-skinny person forever!
