I gained 3.5 lbs over my weekend bachelorette party, probably mostly water weigth.Today, I am down to 144. I had my dress fitting on Tuesdsay, and it fit beautifully. The only snag is that Mark shrunk my shorts. Quite tight there are, eek! 1 week until the rehearsal dinner!!!! I think it is quite likely that I will be 142 for the wedding day :) As for the shorts, I will have to wear them about the house and do lunges to stretch them out ;)

My fiance, people at work, and my stepdad have commented on my weightless. Tonight from my stedad "whoa, you really have lost some weight." And Mark, my fiance, is having an exceptionally hard time keeping his hands off me. I see a difference in the mirror and in my clothes; I'm loving my body and feel very beautiful.
I know I haven't really lost much weight overall, but I think what I have lost is all off my midsection.
My bachelorette party starts tomorrow. I'm loading up some healthy snacks, but I know there will be lots of alcohol consumption. I am still working towards my 143 goal (Although, I would be happy on my wedding day at 145.. 143 would still be better).

My body feels beautitful. I am loving it. I am so busy that I have not made time to log food or exercise. I miss doing that, because it helps keep me focused. However, I am doing reasonably well without it. I am also getting much better sleep - probably a contributor to feeling so good. Yesterday was the 1 month mark until the wedding - 4 weeks and 4 pouds to go. I have plenty of traps along the way.... A bridal shower this Saturday and BACHELORETTE August 7-9... thats going to be trouble. I might be able to eat well but there will be lots of alcohol.
