Yes, everyone has those days when they give in to cravings, or they skip working out. Plus, initially you will be less inclined to eat healthy and your body will be sore due to exercising. But that’s OK. In fact, every once in a while you should eat 500 calories more than the calories prescribed in your diet chart. This prevents the metabolic rate from plateauing. You may not immediately learn the proper way to squat, you may not do 10 push-ups right away, or you may even get injured. But don’t let these reasons stop you. Keep learning by staying committed.

Weight Loss Journey
Looking ahead, I know that my journey is far from over. There will be ups and downs, victories and setbacks. But armed with the knowledge and experience I've gained over the past three years, I'm confident that I can overcome whatever challenges come my way. This isn't just the end of a chapter – it's the beginning of a whole new story. And I can't wait to see where it takes me.

When you are overweight, you not only struggle with a myriad of health conditions but also have to face unsolicited comments and namecalling. So being a self-defensive start your journey.

Weight loss
You can change your attitudes and habits to support your goals for losing excess weight and improving your fitness. At times it seems like two steps forward and one step back, but that's still one step in the right direction.

Even if the scale doesn't seem to budge, you are still reducing your health risks by being more physically active. Keep taking healthy steps and keep a positive attitude

Weight loss
Losing a weight in short period is not easy as I am feeling it now. In the first two weeks my weight loses rapidly, but now it is losing 0.8 lb each week. However, I am not discouraged with that rate. Despite the low decreasing rate, I am encouraging myself towards my target thinking that I have been doing it for a month and should not leave the diet again otherwise I will gain more weight this time. So, stay calm, keep dieting, do exercise regularly and motivate yourself.

Balanced diet
Eating well is really important to me. That means having balanced meals, never missing a meal, never skipping a meal, having a balanced diet, and never doing anything extreme.
