I know it's frustrating when you lose only one pound or less a week, and it really is disheartening to see so much work to only see one pound lost. But remember this is how BIG one pound of fat is, and if you're exercising- you're gaining muscle, which is much denser. So don't lose faith. You guys are doing amazing.
