💀💀... I hurt all over... but I did it 🥴💦. I walked slowly literally for 8 hours at work and then went to the gym and walked for another hour (9 hours) and it took me walking around another hour for meal prep (10 hours total)... speaking of which!
🤗💗 Here's another meal prep I did for my brother for this coming week. He's very excited. 😂
2: Containers with English Muffin and Homemade Pulled Pork.
2: Containers with Peas and 2 thin cut chicken breast (lightly dusted with shake and bake) and peppered gravy.
2: Containers with mixed veg, cauliflower potatoes, 2 drum sticks, and peppered gravy.
2: Containers with 45 Cal bread and Homemade Pulled Pork (8oz, 450 cal)
2: Containers with sandwich, 2 eggs, and 6 pizza rolls.
He really wanted pizza rolls.

Yesterday, after my workout with my brother, I took him to the store and showed him how to do a meal prep. Many don't know, but my brother is on a weight loss journey of his own I'm helping him with 🤗💗. So, he has proportion issues, lack of self-control, and a HUGE love for carbs, so this was a compromise.
2 Dishes: Medium steaks with fondue cheese and broccoli and cheese.
2 Dishes: Cauliflower with mixed veg and a wee bit of the cheese and steak.
2 Dishes: 45 calorie bread with turkey or ham (50 cal) 2 eggs and 1 thin oreo.
2 Dishes: Broccoli and cheese with riced cauliflower, fried hamburger, Mediterranean spice.
2 Dishes: English muffin, hard boiled egg, and hamburger with 1/2 cup egg whites and 1 egg. Lightly salted and peppered.
This is his lunches and dinners for the week. 🤗💗👍 So far so good. I told him that he can have anything he wants... in moderation. He's 6'4 and 400 pounds. We are both hoping that he loses about 80 to 100 pounds this year, but I'd be happy for 30.🥴💕
