In the last 2 days, I lost another 600g of my weight.
Current weight : 99.4 kg
Start weight : 116 kg
Weight change : - 16.6 kg
First Goal : 95 kg
Remaining : - 4.4 kg
Hopefully, I will reach my first goal at the end of April ( this year ). I am still struggling to eat properly. Today in all day , I had 1 hard-boiled egg, a cup of coffee with skimmed , and some apple juice with my tablets. In the evening, I am planning to have a cucumber and a dill salad with a little slice of the cooked chicken.

18th of March weight - 101.9 kg
3rd of April weight - 100 kg
Since my last measurement, I lost 1.9 kg. Yippee!!!!🎉🎉🎉 I know that I am ill right now, and this was not an intentional weight loss, but I am very pleased about it.

Hello everybody! How are you? It is miserable here, it is cold and raining. I told in some previous comments that from the 22nd of March, I want to try for a short period ( for a week and a half ) to be on the oatmeal diet. But unfortunately, I could not do it as I fell ill on the 22nd of March. On the Oatmeal Diet, I need to have oatmeal in the morning for breakfast and at lunchtime. But with the illness, I am getting up around 2 pm or something even 3 pm. My calories were lower than my calorie allowance. When I am eating with my husband, my calories are around 1500. When I am eating my food, calories are lower - 1300. But with my illness, my calories went even much lower ( in 2 days, my calories were around 1200; in 4 days, my calories were around 1100; in another 4 day calories were from 800 to 900. It is definitely not me as I like eating food and I like drinking coffee. Even drinking coffee doesn't give me happiness right now. So I decided that I will try my Oatmeal Diet when I will get better. I am going to see GP soon about my problem.
