Just ordered the Primal Blueprint 21 Day Challenge book....as well as a self help book to mend my marriage...two biggest things in my life that I cherish the most but need the most work...my health and my marriage.
Work is dreadfully boring today and it's gorgeous outside...sadly I can't enjoy it as I have to work tonight as well. Trying my hardest to avoid the kitchen and the snacks...so far so good.

I am so freakin tired today. :( I had plans to stay late at work and make up some time but all I can think about it going home and laying down...even thinking about going to bed when I get home. I'm home alone tonight til about 10...I don't have to cook dinner for anyone (except myself if I decide I'm hungry) and I haven't been getting enough sleep for the last few weeks. Clouds are rolling in and most likely it will be raining within a few hours...yeah....I think home and sleeping are in my immediate future... God, I can barely keep my eyes open at my desk...

Gawd I love my morning carrot/apple/lemon juice.
Perused the forums some more today...sadly some of the same shit that exists on the former site...telling me what to believe and what not to believe...bullying...it's just old, folks. Grow a real set of balls and act like an adult. That being said...come on my territory and push me around, you will regret it. Oy.

My food intake today is random and kind of all over the place. Poor planning on my part. I'm going to pick up more veggies for juices the next few days and hopefully I'll have normal days where I can be home for some meals...but until then...I'm broke and have stock in Ramen.
