Bad day for me, went over my calories today..I felt like I had a endless pit in my stomach, but I am not going to feel guilty. Will do better tomorrow.

Skipped breakfast, made poor food choices today**had to have a small piece of chocolate brownie. I will not beat myself up about today, will continue to be positive; I will get back on track..Did do a lots of house cleaning, which burned calories..Maybe melted my chocolate away..lol
