Well I didn't check- in yesterday I had a pretty busy day and I went over my carb intake to, but after working in the garden in the hot sun and taking our dog for an hour and a half walk my husband wanted to treat me and diamond with a sundae. Who could resist that LOL. This Summer is going to be hard, because the past summers we got so used to going for ice cream after doing yard work on the weekend.
Well I'll have to see if there's any change in my weight this week, if I gained weight than I'll have to stop going for ice cream.

Well I tried to enter my new weigh-in but for some reason it didn't change. So I guess I'll put it in my journal.
The reason I weighed in today is because its the day my husband and I decided on.
Well I guess your all wondering about our new weight. I lost 3 lbs putting me at 195 lbs and Jim lost 5 lbs putting him at 220 lbs 😀😀😀. I still don't understand why men lose weight faster than women. It's not fair at all. Lol

Well I guess I didn't do as good as I thought I would. I went over my 20 carb count today, but on the good side I didn't smoke and I got my elliptical workout in. Two out of three not bad,
My husband just got a new smoker for cookouts anyone know if there are extra carbs with smoked meats?
Right now I'm getting ready for my night snack then I'm off to bed. I have work again tonight. Hope everyone had a good day.

Well day one and so far I've been keeping on track and I've been smoke free. That doesn't mean that I'm not a little on edge. I also got my exercises done. I'm going shopping tonight to stock up my kitchen again. I've spent the day reading over some of the past posts and I must say that it has helped me to stay motivated. I hope everyone had a good day too.
