My wife, Betty, and I are coming up on 90 days of dieting and exercising. I started both (Paleo Diet and Bally's Fitness) on Jan 16th 2014 with a weight of 238 lbs. Now I am down to 215 lbs and have been using Fitbit Flex to track progress. So far so good, but as we approach 100 days we are going to step it up a notch and get into a regular routine so as to increase workouts and continue to shed the pounds.
