I'm 21 and a senior in college. I'm sick of being fat and decided there's no better time to change that than now while I have access to free gyms, free nutritionists and have total control of what comes in my apartment. My goal is to buy a gorgeous graduation dress! Over the years I've tried everything from WeightWatchers to SlimFast and have never lost more than 20 pounds. This time I'm doing old fashioned diet and exercise! I can't remember the last time I weighed under 200 pounds. I want to lose between 65-85 pounds.
