I haven't been on here In awhile. I haven't been doing well. Eating has been whatever...not tracking...Marital problems...withdrawal from prednisone has me extremely tired...I haven't weighed lately...I plan on weighing tomorrow.

I know THIS TOO SHALL PASS!

Not giving up even though it is a struggle.

ONE DAY AT A TIME!

Blessing to all Fatsecreters. Praising God because He is getting me through this dark time. He will do it.

Thank you all supporters that are getting me through it as well.

I'm not sure when it will get better. I just have faith it will. Thanks again.

Didn't eat well at all yesterday. I did take care of my body and rest. My husband doesn't help my mission to get healthier. He brings home lots of sugar and carbs. I guess it is the same with my fellow fatsecreters.
