I'a all so happy about these last days! I have been eating 6-800 kcals a day, and burned around 1000 kcals in cardio training. I used to snack a lot, but it is much less recently. Instead, I keep to chewing gum and coca zero, and it does the affair :)
Weighted in this morning, 300 grams down. Motivation is in top, and I really enjoy being able to stick to my programme...

Pretty happy about this first week of the jeeans challenge. I do not know if I've mentioned, but I have great difficulties getting into my jeans size 28 and cannot close them, so I redgon I'm a size 30... Still, the 28 are in the cupboard, only waiting to be taken out before christmas ! I really, really like my jeans and have a great range of Diesels from size 25-28, and I'm longing to wear them. At my current size, I do not wish to buy jeans, thinking that this weight is only temporary...
IT's getting cooler in MArseille, 25°C, but I can still go out in a dress. When autoumn comes, I'll wear tights, in the meantime before getting into my jeans.
My food choices has been pretty well, 600-800 kcals a day, and 600-1100 kalories burned at sports. MY weight doesn't drop much at the moment, but I try to be patient.

Lost 200g since yesterday, and feel really good about it. But dang! I did a lots of sports, too. Today, I feel kind of weak in the muscles, and have only optet for a 700 kcal training session. Satureday is the day where I cook a deluxe meal for ma family; I will try to keep my portions really small like 50g patatoes, 100g of kefka meat, and a tiny slice of apple pie. When training hard all weak and doing strict restrictions, it feels really good to have a real meal - only if it is a little quantity : )

Lots of sports yesterday, 1100 kcal burned, and only 660 kcal eaten. Still, my weightloss is not as high as I wish?!
