Fell of the wagon...but am back now. Started gym this morning, well spent 1hr 30min must say :)

Weigh-in: 197.3 lb

lost so far: 0 lb

still to go: 43.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

My sister recently joined a Zumba dance class..have decided to attend at least one class a week. Tomorrow will be my first day, am looking forward to the experience. Am hoping to burn loads of calories whilst having fun.

Will be changing my daily intake of calories to a maximum of 1200 starting from today :)

Didn't get any exercise done from Friday through the weekend...am so scared to even weigh myself because i am not sure if i lost any weight at all :(
