My sister recently joined a Zumba dance class..have decided to attend at least one class a week. Tomorrow will be my first day, am looking forward to the experience. Am hoping to burn loads of calories whilst having fun.

Will be changing my daily intake of calories to a maximum of 1200 starting from today :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 June 2013:

Have fun while you Zumba! Exercise is a fun way to help weight loss, stay fit and toned and reduce stress...Just watch out when reducing your daily intake because exercise can make you hungry as you're burning off more energy than your normal rate. Good luck!
