Did not make consistent healthy food choices this weekend...but I am back on track and more determined than ever. I did not gain any weight this weekend and that excited me. I know what I did and will chalk it up to experience and keep it moving. Feels good to be back.

Bad eating day today...but right in the middle of a full blown binge I stopped praise God.

Without faith it is impossible to please God because he who comes to God must believe that he is; and that he is a rewarder of them who diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6
My husband's car died on him last night. Praise God he made it all the way home before it cut off right in our driveway. We are a two car family. Do not have any extra income or savings. So with faith in God my husband and I stand in faith that the car will be able to be fixed or that we will get a new car.
Usually this is a recipe for a binge but old things have past away and behold all things have become new. To all my buddies who know the benefit of prayer I ask you to exercise your faith today and believe God for your seemingly impossible situation as I believe God for mine, because with God all things are possible. Be Blessed today.

I am feeling fearful today. So faith cancels out fear so here goes. What time I am afraid I will trust in the Lord.
I believe that I will lose this weight.
I believe that I will not become discouraged and return to old habits.
I believe that my business will be successful.
I believe in The Lord Jesus and will trust him in all my ways today.
There I feel better.
