Most of you have heard me moaning about the fat that my husband has been gone for two weeks. HE IS HOME FOR TWO DAYS. GOT HOME LAST NIGHT AND DIES NOT LEAVE UNTIL MONDAY EVENING. So has a result I am treating myself While I am counting my calories and will make an effort to keep under my daily allowed count. I AM NOT GOING TO STRESS OR WORRY. I am making mt husbands favorite meals. tonight we are having homemade buffalo chicken and bacon pizza. for breakfast tomorrow we are having home-fries made with baby reds, and onions and peppers, very little butter and no oils. plus seasonings and egg scramble with onions bacon chicken cheese and mushrooms. If I go over count SO WHAT. Any one know how many calories are burned while having "relations" with a spouse.just asking ? Besides my back is out, to the point that bending and lifting is uncomfortable, so not able to workout. I may do water workout on Tuesday, little to no stress on back. so can do that but no mater how or when I do the workout, I am not stress over calories for the next day or two. This is not cheating days but, more relaxing the rules so that I can have fun and enjoy the time with my husband. when he leaves on Monday I can be more vigilant and careful on what I eat and how much I eat.

I understand about breaking bad habits, I guess if it wasn't so hard we would not appreciate our success when we get it. The things is that with most if not all diets setting us up to fail, and life handing out bigger piles of stress, we need to go farther then most to achieve the same results. With people out there who are skinny with out trying or who eat anything and everything and never gain an ounce, they may not appreciate what they have but we we get there not only do we appreciate it but we have so much more to be proud of for we have earned it. So we may slide and we may feel guilty for slipping, none of that need keep us down. Make each success count and never let the slips keep you down.

Check back on here for messages of support let the people on here help you with the slips and celebrate with each success. we are all in a similar boat and with each message we can help ourselves and each other.

Well I went to water aerobics and burned over 600 calories then did my strength training which is a bit over 100 cal. The total of my calories consumed 526 calories between Breakfast and Lunch, and burned more then that so I am so wanting to just to drown myself in a vat of wine chocolate and anything to get myself out of this depression I find myself in due to finical problems and missing my husband at the time. So I will wait until the crying jag is done do some housework, then wait and see how bad the cravings are. I plan on having Salmon grilled for dinner with vegetables and not sure if I will add a starch at all or maybe just a small amount. so dinner should be under 300 calories. Which means I have a leeway to eat the Thin mints in the freezer. But I feel if I wait a bit longer I will not feel the desire to eat the entire sleeve and instead limit my self to 4 or 5 cookies. ( I mean come on these are FROZEN THIN MINTS) So not a bad day food wise.
