So I've been 'weight watching' for over a year and I haven't been able to lose the last 10 pounds! I'm not sure if I'm eating too much or too little, so I've decided to count my calories, every calorie instead of points. I workout 5 days a week, usually doing 45 to 60 minutes of cardio....stairclimbing and elliptical. I sweat like crazy, but haven't lost those last 10..Anyway, I'm hoping to get some results here.
