I have struggled with myself for years. I wage a battle within my own mind against my own thoughts. I am tired of fighting and am finally trying to find a way out and figure out how to be happy.

I have EDNOS (eating disorder not otherwise specified) that is a combination of anorexia and bulimia. I am trying to force myself to eat more and am slowly getting there.

Someday I will love myself again...

I hope i dont offend.

As someone else struggling with an eating disorder I urge you to find a nutritionist and a therapist that understands eating disorders. You have to have the support system in place otherwise it is all to easy to fall back into disordered eating again. It is possible to do it alone, but it is so much harder.

The other advice given is really great advice, but with an ED it is about so much more than just eating right or losing weight. Feel free to message me if you ever need to chat. Good luck.
