I realised today that I need to commit to doing my daily food calendar and journal entries. If I don't make an effort to do this, I could lose my motivation and vision for becoming SLIM, TRIM, FIT & HEALTHY!

This is the most I have every weighed! I am going to weigh myself every Friday morning. I will eat lightly for two days a week (Monday & Tuesday). On all other days I will be conscious of my meal choices and choose healthy alternatives.

Today is the first day in 2013 when I am committed to being slim, fit and healthy!
My goals are:
(a) eat smaller portions
(b) eat small and often (to conquer cravings/hunger urges)
(c) have fruit for breakfast
(d) eat more veges/salads
(e) go alcohol free for a couple of months
(f) do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day
(g) go to bed early/rise early
I think that's enough for now. Onwards and upwards ... or should I say "inwards" :-)
