Good morning, everybody! It is 5:47 a.m. in Philadelphia right now. I watched last night's episode of "This is Us" that I fell asleep on. I applied some blue lipstick to see how it looked with my new haircut. I removed it. I stepped on the scale. I almost fell off it, because I lost a little. We went to Olive Garden last night. I ate the whole plate plus a loaf of breadsticks, of course. I was so ready for the scale to scream, "You gained 10 pounds overnight!" Haha. How the hell did that happen? ;)

I decided to take my mom out yesterday. She needed a fresh do and so did I, quite honestly. Clear headed, an evolved mindset, fresh do? Why not? ;) I really enjoyed the outcome of our cuts. I asked my mom where would she like to go for dinner. She asked me where would I like to go. I asked her where would she like to go. You know, the usual. We cannot make up our minds so we throw the question back and forth. I am sure that many of you guys can relate with your families. ;)

We ultimately decided on, yes, The Olive Garden. Of course. I ate my way through the Tour of Italy, of course. ;) It was so freaking good! I had the chicken gnocchi soup. The loaf of breadsticks was a must too, of course. We had such a wonderful time last night. I love these moments that I have with her. I love her so very much.

Well, it is back to the gym today! It is back to maintaining the cleanest diet I can strive to reach. Keep plowing along, everybody!! Here come the holidays! 🤪

Happy Wednesday, everybody!!! I wanted to let you all know that I didn't go away since I haven't recorded an entry in a while. I am still working at this uphill battle literally and figuratively. 😜 I am constantly at an incline at the gym and pumping away. I am also feeling the struggle of reaching my goals. It really is a struggle. It's 100% worth it.

I will list some achievements:

1. I've lost a decent amount of inches. Weight loss (pounds) is coming slowly.
2. I can train longer and harder. My stamina is increasing for sure.
3. I feel like I have so much more energy to do regular tasks. I feel like I can get
more things accomplished in a day.
4. I am now at the gym 4 times a week. I am hoping to get it up to 5 soon.

When I go to the gym tonight, I am going to get on the treadmill for an hour and get back on the Stairmaster. It should be interesting, because climbing onto the Stairmaster is definitely exercise in and of itself. I am catching those good vibes though. Keep plowing away. 🥳🤸‍♀🏋‍♀
