Ok this is the last time I going to try recording in my journal today. I know I can do this. I have to get my head on striate in 2 areas. 1st my 3pm over eating, then turn around and eating dinner on top of that. 2nd over eating on the weekends, I have lots I can do but I don't want to do them. So I am going to change that up this week even though its going to be hard. I will see what happens. If I can just lose 10 more pounds this year I will be happy. I would be 20 pounds down. and I I do that next year My weight would be gone. We will see. I would love to say happy trail to you to extra weight.. good bye so long. LOL

I am looking forward to my Monday weight in. I have been really watching what I have been doing and trying to keep moving. I wish I just rest my weight before the challenge started but that's ok too. every pound loss is a step closer to were I need to be.

I love when I eat what I should. I feel so much better and have more energy too. With that energy I am able to workout longer and stay move, will I want to keep moving, I don't want to just set. I know everyday is not going to be like this, Its just a nice change. I will but in my weight on Monday. That's when I go to my TOPS meeting. I am so looking forward to it. Even with our vacation coming up I have it all plan what we are going to have. I not worried about the workout I will be busy enough there I don't have to worry about it.
