Aside from tuna, and a chicken breast, finding it hard to get proteins that outweigh the carbs.
However, the lentil foods the last few days really have been filling and pretty healthy. Doing better.

Im seeing the pattern of too many carbs. Looking for higher protein options for breakfast. Able to not have dessert though!

Day 2 and despite trying to make sensible choices, Im already over my calorie limit for the day. Really!
