Well Hello 2016!!!!
That magical time when the new year starts and you think that all your horrible and shitty eating habits will be washed away with the old year.
We can only dream and try to make that dream come true, without hope all is lost. So, here's to making that New Years wish come true.
I watched the Biggest Loser the other night and really thought to myself, I really don't have a problem as big as these people. Do I need to lose, yes. but it's a manageable amount of weight, it's a doable amount of weight and if some tweaking here and there could be done, it should be a goal I can achieve.
SO, LET'S GO!!!!

Ok, another set back and they just keep coming.. Had surgery on the 13th of January. Had to be done and glad it's over. No exercise for a couple of more weeks, so going to concentrate on more water and better food choices till I can start exercising again. But this is getting ridiculous at this point it will be May again and another year of not getting anything done. I tend to stay around the 164/170 Mark. I need to break this cycle and feel that I can make that scale go down and my confidence go up.
I can honestly say that my mind is in this with me, but my stomach is a bit of a pain in the ass, especially at night time. That's my lose all self control time.
Here's to starting again.

Things are a slow go, what a shocker, right!! Only 5 weeks till my daughter's bday party and I wanted to have at least 10lbs down by then... I guess it is doable, just tell my stomach that. If I can get to that by then, I would be happy. Lose 20 lbs by then I will be over the moon and on line at the store buying a new bathing suit...lol Oh, it;s fun to dream...
