One week gone and a great result! I have stuck to the calories, well below the recommended 2400. Taking it between 1200 and 1500. However, staying within that, I also:
* Added minimum 2Ltr water a day
* Reduced tea and sugar by 4 cups and 9 tsp
* Totally avoided fizzy drinks and sparkling flavoured water
* Totally avoided visible fats, sugars and white carbs
I didn't get the correct protein ratio, so I need to work on that this week.
Looking forward to achieving 1-2kg a week going forward, 1st week is always inflated!
