33 years old - happily married with a little boy of 1. I have struggled with my weight for many years, been on many diets, lost, put on, lost, put on... At my heaviest, I couldn't stand it anymore.

I am now a lot less, but have a good 60kg to lose. I am starting with 20 as a goal and will take it one day at a time...

I am doing this so that I can give my son and my husband and involved, active mother/wife. I don't want to lose my breath when we play outside, I don't want to worry about illness. I want to be able to be the best they deserve.
