Yay! Lost 5 pounds! I have also been staying reasonably close to eating 2000 calories per day. When I do go over it is usually because I am hungry so I go ahead and have a snack.
Looking forward to another succesfull week of exercising and eating well!

I have been keeping track of my calorie intake for 1 week and average 2300 calories a day. My goal is 2000 per day.
