Refuse to weigh myself
Christina, I know!! But if you read "Wheat Belly" they take the opposite stance -- that all these whole-grain foods and breads greatly increase blood sugar and feed bad bacteria in the gut! So what is touted as healthy for us really isn't. It can be so confusing.

Refuse to weigh myself
My doctor recommended I go off wheat. At first it was hard, but I have noticed (for me) it is easier to trim some weight without eating bread and cereals.
