I too have a underactive thyroid. Are you taking medication? How many netcarbs? How many calories? How much fat?

For me I need to keep my calories between 1300-1500, I do better when fat is 60-70% of my calories and net carbs are 20.

Are you drinking alcohol? Are you drinking plenty of water?
