Today is just fine. Even I am so tired yesterday. Bought my fiber plus so that I can ease off constipation. I am so damn thirsty. I think its because of the large ketosis plus I am fasting. Can I ask anyone, during Atkins induction, can I eat processed food in a small amount such as fish balls and beef burger (only the meat) ?

I would like to seek for help. I bought apple cider vinegar from Bragg coz I am experiencing constipation due to my atkins induction phase. Is it helping? Or I should buy another supplement like phsylium husk? Thank u :)

8 days in Atkins Induction Phase. Currently i feel a bad nausea.., feeling like wanna throwing out again like before and I got a new problem...
heart pounding
... It doesn't happen all the times but still makes me feel uncomfortable. feeling sick. But what ever it is, I have to stay strong.
