Its 12.10 am here and I am still not sleeping. Maybe because I've just started drinking on unsweetened black coffee in the evening to boost my stamina for the strength training at night. I found out that I am less tired after consuming caffeine and I can push my workout a bit harder.
Can anyone comment on my food diary for today. Its an increase on my calories intake. Huuu..

I read that
ALMONDS
are good for belly fat lost. I want to try adding it into my diet but the CALORIES are too high! I am a bit fear with the word CALORIES.

I am so in a good mood today.
So gonna share a bit on my weight loss history! If anyone care to read. ^_^
Started my journey on July 3th with my weight 96.7 kg. Decided to lose weight and be healthy because I am gonna engaged in this upcoming November with my 6 years relationship bf.Started on Atkins for about 2 months and losed 7kg before I switched to Low calories diet and been losing much more after that.
I am now addicted to exercise. Working out daily. Mostly two times a day, before work (cardio) and after work (strength trainig) but lately I am not feeling well because of this flu, so I skip a session and only doing an evening workout but I am gonna kick back to two a day tomorrow. My goal weight is nearer and I can feel my body changing. I am healthier, fitter and flexible. I am not tired anymore. Less sweaty and my strength increased. I am feeling good about this journey. I am glad i took the first step which is the hardest step i think. Haha. I am still fat and I have long way to go but I am positive and I can do it!

Weight : 96.7 to 77.8kg
Chest : 52inch to 44inch
Waist : 47 inch to 39inch.
Just never give up. We worth more than the number on the scales.

I logged on my food journal yesterday. I am a bit surprised to see my sugar intake is so high when I added low fat plain yogurt and low fat milk into my diet. Meanwhile soy milk doesn't contain that much sugar as i always thought it is. So is it the nutrition label that cannot be trusted? I thought plain yogurt and low fat milk doesn't contain sugars coz it doesn't appear on the nutrition fact. haha silly me. Should I stop consuming dairy products? I don't want the high sugar intake to mess up with my weight.
