Did lots of yard and house cleaning last week and then off on a short vacation with my sister. We were trying to forget our 66 birthdays (twins). We left our husbands at home to babysit the dogs. We did lots and lots of walking ( about 5 hours a day). Santa Barbara has lots of wonderful shops and miles of beautiful of beaches. Kept to my diet pretty well and had lots of fun. I need to start journaling my food again to get rid of the last 10 lbs.

I'm doing about 60 minutes a day and can finally say I'm enjoying it---at least most of the time. Trying to get my spring cleaning done better late than not at all so don't have much time for the computer but I'm still in the game. Friends stay strong and I'm watching you.

Did better with the excercise than I expected; I averaged at least 40 minutes a day. BUT I'm hungry all the time so I've been eating more---not really junk but too much and not enough water. Lots of machine in the new gym so I'm going to try a new one each week.

Mon. 90 mins. yoga, Tues, 60 mins. mixed exercise class, Wed. 45 mins. yoga, Thrusday 30 mins. walking (3 miles) per hr., Fri. 30 mins. walking and 60 mins.yoga, tomorrow 30 minutes mixds run -walking. Don't really know if this excercising is good for weight loss Becuse I seem to be ready to eat all the time.
