Very disappointed to find I had put on 5lbs when I got weighed this lunchtime, despite having been 90% good. Could well be because, having lost 8lbs last week through tummy bug, I have regained a fair amount of fluid this week so perhaps it is not as bad as I originally thought.
Plan is to follow diet really strictly next week (as per this week) and see what the result is when I get weighed next Saturday. It had better be good or else.......!

so, off to a good start this morning with lots of fruit scoffed during up until lunchtime. For main lunch had two boiled eggs, 2 slices thin white toast and a scraping of soya spread. Lots of tea and coffee to keep me filled up and then a chicken salad for dinner.

Ooops - well over plan but back tomorrow. After a bad tummy surely I have points in the box to draw on. As long as it is just a one off slip. Will get satsumas at Tesco 2moz and apples to keep me going. Chicken salad for dinner tomorrow.

Relaxed weekend but stuck to diet. Hoping to continue good losses.

Had horrid tummy bug earlier in week and did not eat for 24 hours.Got weight today and am 13st 9 lbs which is a good loss.
