Workouts have been difficult. I have been keeping up with it but between working 12 hours a day all week and waiting for my muscles to recover it has been a pretty tough.
Diet hasn't been bad, I am starting to get used to the calorie restriction.
Overall I think I'm doing pretty well, I'll know at this weeks weigh in, this is worked for me before and it will work again, just vanity pounds at this point.

Been a tough week, worked 42 hours in 4 days. I have stuck to the diet for the most part, however, I have gone over about 300 kcals a week, it is still a lot less than I was eating. Progress not perfection. The quality of the calories has varied from empty, to full of micronutrients.
Hopefully next week I can get on a better track than this last week. Wish me luck on my weigh in!

I was on this site a few years ago with a different profile. I had lost 65 LBS. just with the tools provided by Fatsecret.com. I kept the weight off for about 2 years, however, it has started to creep back up on me.
I moved to Ohio, fell in love and the pounds started to pile. Hopefully I can get in shape once again!
I started my day today by attempting the day two 'Insanity' workout, a 40 minute workout that I quit after 25 minutes, nevertheless, I will keep up with exercising in general to the best of my ability.
I need support! If anyone has anything for me, tips, guidelines, please do not hesitate.
