Yesterday was supposed to be a "how to avoid a steak day" day, I was 1.4 over my LSW and didn't want to get to 2 lb. over and have to do a steak day... Well, man oh man did I blow that! I was doing just fine right through lunch. Had my tuna and celery and was feelin just fine. Then I got all grumpy. Don't know what came over me, I just got into this funk, one of those 'got nothing nice to say about anything' moods. Anyway, I decided to have myself a glass of wine, the first one I've had since starting the protocol, 60ish days ago... HA! HA!! HA!!! GLASS? try 4 glasses! I was pretty nervous about getting on the scale this morning. Well, it worked! Despite my best efforts to sabatage myself, I was down 4.4 lbs. this morning... Wierd! I do think my weight was up a bit yesterday because I had rode my bike like 15 miles the day before and my muscles were probably holding on to a lot of water. So today I'm back on track with phase 3 and feeling pretty good. No Hangover! ;o)
