Found a this on the net, Build a Sandwich, it lets you add toppings to your crispbread and tells you all the nutritional information for each topping.

I am allowed 3 small little itsy bitsy pieces of sugar free chocolate as a treat each day (there are other things I could have but......). It works out to half a small bar, so I eat half and stash the other half away for the next day, and sure as nuts someone in the house finds it an eats it :-(.

Hmmm, one of those days, want to eat something but don't know what, so just shovelled down a banana, somehow it has not filled the void, now I just have to stop myself from walking into the kitchen.....:-(

Okay, once again I am on diet, well actually have been for a month now, but once again I am on an online forum and dieting. Feeling positive, this time I am going to do it.
