I feel your pain, the minute my mind knows I am on diet I start thinking of food non stop, whats for supper, whats in the fridge, what am I going to buy, its like mind control. When we go out I think of what food shops are on the way, what fast food outlets we can stop at, etc etc. Today I was in a really bad mood, woke up to late and felt mislik (SA word for miserable), I decided I was going to have something 'bad' to eat, just to make myself feel better, thankfully I did'nt go through with it, I thought of everything bad and could'nt think of anything I wanted, wierd.

Please help. How to detox for a quick weight loss. ( I know it wont last)
Do your make up beautifully, everyone will be staring at your face and not your figure, anyway to hell with what everyone else thinks, you sound like a wonderful person.

How much water is TOO much?
8 glasses or 2 litres is what the doctors tell you to drink so I think that should be alright.

Anyone need to lose over 100LBS???
Well done on the 50 weight loss, hopefully one day I will be writing that. I have about 150 pounds to lose, small meals, at 3 hourly intervals is my diet regime at the moment, luckily formulated by a dietician as I am type 2 diabetic (only found that out about a month ago), so all I have to do is follow the rules and I should be on my way.
