Well I'm back on the ball and training for a Triathlon, with school looming and the problems with my medication finally straightened out, I feel like I'll finally have the structure to make my training schedule work.
The brutal south carolina summer makes outside running very difficult but I still bike everywhere around town and try to make it out to the swimming pool.
I'm going to start weighing myself but I know my weight has jumped this summer, people have noticed, and unfortunately commented on it. So we'll see what happens.

I give up. I'm meant to be fat. I eat fresh good for me foods in moderate quantities, I gave up my car for a bicycle, take a multivitamin, and weight train and nothing.
I haven't lost an ounce. I am fat and unhappy, and despite what everyone seems to be saying, there is nothing I can do about it.
I am so frustrated.

I have a feeling the fluctuation is mostly water. I've decided I want to weigh myself every day.
I also bought a jump rope ^__^ I plan to start doing a morning workout with stretches before I go out, and I'm trying to motivate myself to ride my bicycle EVERY DAY, even if I don't leave the house.
Except I've got some saddle sores, so I walked the dog today instead.

I lost three pounds, which could just be water, but still, I'm excited. To celebrate the serious change I'm trying to make in my eating, I also decided to get a sweet new bike, which I have been riding around town the past two days. I intend to use the bike instead of the car for all of my travel in town (I live in a city, everything I need is within 10 miles) along with trying to make it to the gym several days a week. I hope that getting more active will help me reach my weight loss goal faster.
