This will only work if your wife will allow you to drink from the carton. I go to Whole Foods and buy the 1 quart bottle of chocolate milk by 365. After dinner I take one (1) little swig from the bottle. It is so rich and creamy that it satisfies my after dinner sweet tooth or teeth. I had my doubts at first but it really works.
