Crap. I just ate 2 Girl Scout Tagalong cookies. I guess the bright side to this is that they've been in my desk drawer for almost 6 weeks (unopened) and I haven't given in until now. . .
I'll just have to take an extra long walk today.

Almost 20 lbs!!! YAY!!!!
Since I cheated last weekend (although it was planned), I was very worried that I would cheat again this weekend and thus set a bad precedent. However, I was able to stay on plan and wasn't even really tempted to cheat. That's an awesome feeling :)
So, once I lose 25 lbs, I'm going to start gradually working exercise into my schedule. I have the Zumba DVDs (which everyone raves about). Also, the days are longer now and the weather is getting nicer, so long walks after work will be good. I've finally accepted that I will never be an early-morning work out person. I just can't do it. It makes me sick to my stomach - literally.

Ok - almost to the 15 lb. mark!! I learned last night that I do not like cod unless it is fried. I'll stick with salmon and tilapia.

So, I ate Mexican this weekend. Fish tacos, cheese dip and chips and a real Coke. Enjoyed every bite! But, I'm happy that I was able to get back to SB without a problem. I'm glad I passed that test :)

I've been on SB Phase 1 for a month now. I'm going to test my resolve this weekend and eat Mexican and have a few chips with cheese dip. Mexican is my weakness, so if I can control myself while eating Mexican and then continue on SB, I will be proud of myself!!
