I would like to apologize up front for this not being weight loss related. At this time I'm just doing whatever I can to give my mother a nice service.
This past Sunday my mother of 70 passed away. Coming from a small family, my brother and I were unprepared for this dark time. She was a sweet lady that carried that southern charm in loving and welcoming people into her life. I miss her so, so much.
This is the closest of death I have ever had in my near 30 years of life. She meant so much to my brother and I, for she was a single mother of 2 boys my whole life she tried so hard to make sure we had everything we needed. I now would just like to return the favor to her and give her the nicest service I can give.
She was retired and without any retirement benefits nor package. She the last 7 years basically relied on my brother and I to take care of her as best we can financially.
All this being said I once again would like to apologize for this entry being non weight related. I'm simply here to ask you some of my followers, and or goal oriented weight loss friends to please take a look at her Go Fund Me Page, for it will mean everything to me.
At this time anything and any kind of help will be much appreciated. Nothing is too little at this point, for I had no idea the cost of funeral services were so expensive.

A quick tweak to my diet has me blasting passed my Plateau. I was skipping around 224 and 223 pounds this last week until I started eating more fatty foods. Healthy fats of course, but all I did was limit my carb intake 4 hours prior of going to bed...which I know is rule of thumb but I never had to follow this rule before. I just simply limited my carbs before bed, but I increased my fats before bed and all of a sudden I've lost 2 pounds in the last 2 days. Fats are vital to hormone health and possibly this is what was limiting my weight loss these passed 6 days. Promoting more healthy fats when needed....before bed when you sleep to promote growth and/or fat loss may have been the trick.
