I believe I have 62 days to get my act together and regroup as far as meal planning and tracking go.. working out is not the problem but eating the right foods that do not make me feel ill will be the challenge. I need to stop eating at 8 (lights out time in my kitchen) and drink plenty of water. My goal is to completely eliminate the need for a stimulant and have normal bodily function, as silly as that sounds. 62 days .... Here we go !!!
