Thank you so much !! There are so many days especially around five or six pm when I get off of work that I feel overwhelmed and anxious ...then I give in to my temptations

I need a buddy
I know how you feel. I know it is easier said then done but keep focused on the goal and remember our temptations are not worth the long term investment. Pay in to you food bank only what is going to expand in the most positive way--emotionally, then physically, even financially (health care wise)...Seriously so worth not picking up bad eating habits!!
