I haven't been below 150 lb since I was 24...37 years ago! I can't tell you how good this feels! I've lost 110 lb so far and have 13 lb to goal. Surgery is done, so I will be able to start exercising in a couple of weeks. Everything is looking up!

Still not eating over 1000 kcal a week, but seems I've gained a pound! LOL First time I show a gain! Not worried about it...with my inability to exercise, it's surprising I haven't shown a gain before. Next week I go in for hernia repair, so a couple of weeks after that I can begin walking. Hopefully I'll lose the last 15 or so pounds soon after that.
