what should I do with the turkey i am cooking today that will make it easy to follow the low gi diet i am on suggestions welcome.

Well I really went off the rails for about a week. Suppers out and family camp were my big temptations. I am still at my last recorded weight but went up a bit there. I have been learning though as I tracked what I ate for a few wild meals. A full days calories for a dairy queen indulgence Now groceries are needed or i will lose my inspiration.

I actually had a perfect rdi today as far as nutrients my circle is perfect 1/2 carbs 1/4 protein and 1/4 fat. yeh!

well I am down another two pounds after a very difficult weekend eating wise. I am hungry and getting a bit tired of planning meals but will carry on. Made hummus today love it so much need to enter recipe on here to see what it works out to per serving.
