Morning of 2nd day of sugar cutbacks!
Feeling:
-Lighter
-More awake
-Relaxed
Wow, it actually feels different just by eating very little sugar in 1 day.
Got to control my sugar addiction, and so far its working out pretty well :)!
My mom made a sweet soup made out of red, green, and kidney beans, and a lot of sticks of brown sugar. I had the tendency urge to drink some at 12am but I looked to left of it and saw my vegetable-tofu-pork soup looking back at me. It made me remember that I shouldn't be drinking the pure sugary soup, none-the-less have something at 12am before bed.

First day on my journey for a sugar detox.
Feeling:
-Weak
-Unfocused
-Craving for chocolate
-Tired
-Unmotivated but motivated
It literally feels very awful guys, I never pulled out of a sugar habit that actually lasted a day so this is a record for me.
Just 2-4 more days, I just feel very, very miserable right now
I'm trying to keep my intake of sugar around 25g or less now.
I'll still keep eating my starches like rice and potatoes, this change is mostly focused on losing the candy and sweet food addiction.
I can't even feel hungry unless it is sweet, I'm in a fickle right now.. junk food used to be at least 30-50% of my everyday calories.

Winter D;
Whyyyyyyyy
The body tend to start storing body weight, fat, and etc to defend against the winter conditions.
But a good thing that happens in winter is that the body burns more calories because it has to use even more energy to keep the body warm.
I will succeed this winter !

My goal for the next month of November:
A diet consisting more soups, rice, beans, vegetables, and seaweed.
It is a diet low in salt, sugar and calories. The carbohydrates is alright because our brain runs on glucose to think and run efficiently.
