Started with the 35lb kettlebell and man, I felt it. Its the weirdest thing, I'm used to elevated heart rate but the 35lb weight made my heart pump hard. Not just rapid heart rate- but serious volume. I've never experienced that no matter how hard I have run.

Can't do single arm swings or snatches yet with it, but I managed to do the following routine:

3 sets of 30 second swings
3 sets of 30 second deadlift rows
3 sets of 30 second squats.

If not sore tomorrow the plan is to do the existing sets with the 35 and move onto single arm exercises with the 20.

Moving from the 20lb to the 35lb was no joke, but I am glad I did it. I want to gradually build on my sets, then work in single arm sets when I am strong enough. I got DOMS immediately after the workout and my arm muscles already seem to be responding, so I feel like its a really good move.

The end goal will be to swing around a 60lb with ease.
